Getting Started with Your Posture Support Brace

1. Wear Over or Under Clothing
The brace can be worn directly against your skin or over a thin shirt. Choose what feels most comfortable for you.

2. Adjust for Comfortable Support
Gently pull the straps to create light tension. The brace should feel supportive but not restrictive. You should be able to move naturally.

3. Start Gradually
Begin with 15-20 minutes per day, then gradually increase wear time as your body adjusts. Most people work up to 1-3 hours daily.

4. Use During Daily Activities
Perfect for:
• Working at a desk or computer
• Driving or commuting
• Light exercise or stretching
• Reading or watching TV
• Any seated activity
